Cancellation terms depend on the service phase: • Pre-Commencement Cancellation: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees • During Planning Phase (0-7 days): 75% refund • During Execution Phase (7-30 days): 50% refund • After 30 days: No refund, service continues or terminates based on agreement Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation.

In cases where Search4online has provided materials, resources, or content to the client, we may request return or removal of such materials before processing a refund. This includes: • Digital assets created for your brand • Proprietary tools or templates • Unpublished content and research • Client databases or lead lists Failure to comply with return requests may delay refund processing.

Some services may involve third-party publishers, platforms, or service providers. In cases where third-party fees cannot be recovered due to their policies, Search4online will not be able to issue full refunds for those portions. We will communicate any such limitations clearly before service commencement.
Refunds will be issued for the service cost only. Applicable taxes, transaction fees, or payment processing charges may not be refundable depending on your jurisdiction and payment method. International transactions may incur additional fees that will not be refunded by Search4online.
Search4online reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant policy changes, we will notify existing clients via email.
